Biography
I am assistant professor at the Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA) in the qurAi group. I was previously post-doctoral researcher at Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, under the supervision of Marleen de Bruijne. I am also publishing editor at the Melba journal and board member of the MIDL foundation.
My research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning, image segmentation, weak supervision and optimization. If you are interested to know more, my curated list of publications is a good place to start.
